By registering for and participating in the World Forum on Nursing and Health Care 2026, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Registration & Payment
All participants must complete the online registration form and submit payment in full before attending the conference.
Registration fees cover admission to sessions, conference materials, and refreshments (unless otherwise stated).
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
2. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations made on or before [insert date, e.g., 60 days prior] are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline.
Substitutions (transferring registration to another person) are permitted with prior written notice.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after written approval.
3. Conference Program & Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the conference program, speakers, sessions, or venue if necessary.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the organizer may reschedule, shift to a virtual format, or cancel the event.
4. Abstracts, Papers & Presentations
By submitting abstracts or papers, authors grant permission for their work to be reviewed, published in conference proceedings, and displayed on official platforms.
Presenters are responsible for ensuring their content is original and does not infringe on third-party rights.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the conference.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated, and offenders may be removed without refund.
6. Liability Disclaimer
The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
Travel, accommodation, and insurance arrangements are the responsibility of participants.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Participants consent to the use of photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the conference for promotional purposes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Applicable Jurisdiction – e.g., Singapore].
